Renee Hucks is a senior transactional paralegal with a passion for helping clients. With more than 35 years in the legal field, she has worked on diverse and complex legal matters and has helped a wide range of clients, all of which has contributed to her professional growth and expertise.
She has extensive knowledge and experience working on transactional matters, including:
- Estate Planning (including all kinds of trusts)
- Probate Matters
- Real Estate Matters (including 1031 Exchanges)
- Business Organizations (Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, General Partnerships, and Nonprofit Entities)
Renee helps ensure our client services run smoothly by preparing and reviewing various documents and pleadings.
